REFUND POLICY
In Simuero we work each piece by hand, valuing each unique detail, therefore it may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for this type of particulrities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
All sales of specially discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code cannot be returned.
Important legal information about our unique and engagement rings: Our UNIQUE ring collection cannot be returned or exchanged. These rings only exist in the size in which they are offered for sale. "In accordance with the provisions of art. 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, these products, made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised, may not be returned."
If your product arrives opened or damaged, Simuero will be responsible for and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our mistake. We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order; this is to prevent fraud.
The refund will occur once we have received and reviewed your returned product. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Simuero is not liable for defects due to: damage caused by improper use or neglect. Aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear and tear and ageing.
