Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. Each piece is handmade in our studio in an unique way so we took up to 15-20 working days for us to create your pieces.

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The shipping cost depends on the country.

Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders will not be delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Unfortunately, as we make each piece by order, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make your selection carefully.

We always want to make sure the size before starting production. It is very important for us to not waste any piece so you should make sure.

If you are not sure of your size, you can find our size guide section in our website, where we explain the most reliable way to measure your finger. You can also find finger size sizers in your local jewelry shop. If you have any questions, please contact us at and we will be happy to help you in this process.

We want you to be able to enjoy your piece, so if you have ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange within 15 days from the time the package arrives.

It is important that the package is marked, you can include a note in the package with your name and the number of your order so that we can identify it.

Once we receive your package with your details we will send you a confirmation email and start the production of your new piece. Please note that the production of the new piece will take between 14 and 20 working days.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for any issues that occur with the package once it is in transit, although we will do our best to help you.
* Exchanges will be resent to customers free of charge.
*The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
*During the holiday season, we will accept part exchanges for products that have been purchased as gifts.
