Bespoke Terms of Sale

1. Purpose of the Service

Our bespoke service offers the creation of one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces, thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in our atelier according to each client’s specifications.
Every piece is made to order and conceived as a unique creation.

2. Materials & Certification

All pieces are crafted using materials certified by the Official Technological Institute of Precious Metals in Valencia.
Each piece:

  • Bears the official hallmark
  • Includes certification for its gemstones, detailing their characteristics


3. Design Process

Each project is developed collaboratively, ensuring every detail is carefully considered.

  • Once the design is approved, it is considered final

Approval confirms the client’s agreement with all aspects of the piece, including dimensions, proportions, materials and selected stones.

4. Terms of Payment

The final price reflects the approved design.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production
  • The remaining balance must be completed prior to shipment

Due to the bespoke nature of the service, the deposit is non-refundable once the design has been approved.
Payments are made via bank transfer.

5. Production & Delivery

Each piece is handcrafted within an estimated timeframe of three months from receipt of the initial deposit.
Production begins only after design approval and payment confirmation.

All shipments are insured and fully covered by Simuero.
Please note that the delivery country cannot be modified once the design has been approved.

6. Changes and Returns

6.1 Nature of the Product
As these are custom-made pieces produced to order:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.
  • These items are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

6.2 Design Modifications
Structural or substantial changes requested after design approval may result in a revision of both pricing and delivery timelines.
The feasibility of modifications once the design has been approved is not guaranteed.

6.3 Cancellations
Cancellations made after the deposit has been paid may incur costs related to materials, production, or sourcing.
The deposit is non-refundable once the design has been approved.

6.4 Resizing
Simuero may offer a resizing service in certain cases, subject to technical feasibility:

  • This service entails an additional cost, including shipping fees.
  • Feasibility will depend on the structure of the piece and the type of stone setting.
  • Significant size adjustments or high-risk designs may not be eligible for resizing.
  • In the event of an exceptionally authorised return, the piece must be returned together with the gemstone certificate in its original protective sleeve. The absence, damage, or alteration of this certificate will prevent the return from being processed.


 

7. Warranty

All pieces are covered by a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage الناتจาก improper use or negligence
  • Unauthorised modifications
  • Natural wear over time

Subtle variations are inherent to the handcrafted nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All bespoke designs remain the intellectual and industrial property of Simuero.
Any reproduction, replication or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The payment of the initial deposit confirms:

  • Acceptance of these terms
  • Approval of all design details
  • Authorisation to begin production


10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Simuero, superseding any prior communications or agreements.
