1. Delivery times

Each piece is individually handcrafted in our workshop. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipments are handled by Correos Express, UPS or DHL Express depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.

Please note the following:

• Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.
• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
• Delivery times may be affected by shipping delays, customs clearance, or other external factors, particularly during peak season. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to your tracking information.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown in full before you confirm payment, so you always know what you are paying before placing your order.

Any applicable customs duties or import fees are covered by us — no additional charges will be applied upon delivery, regardless of destination. Please note that local import taxes may apply for orders shipped outside the EU and are not included in the shipping cost.
