Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number from the
corresponding delivery company, allowing you to track it at all times. Please note that once
the purchase is made, it takes us 2-5 days to prepare the package in our own workshop.

Select a ring you already own that fits the desired finger.
Use a ruler or tape measure and place the ring on top, measuring the millimeters from side
to side of the ring. Compare these measurements with our sizing guide.

When an item is out of stock, the customer can subscribe to receive an alert when the
product becomes available again. This can be done on the specific product page. Each
piece is produced in our own workshop, and all our pieces are in continuous production, so
out-of-stock products will be back in a short period. You can send an email to
info@simuero.com inquiring about the specific product you are interested in, and we will
provide more detailed information.
Out-of-stock pieces from our fine jewelry unique capsule are limited edition and will not be
available again.

At Simuero, you have a period of 15 days from the purchase of your order to request an
exchange or a return in the form of a promotional code to be used in our store. To process a
request through our portal, go to our Returns and Exchanges page and follow the steps.

At Simuero, we are artisans, and each piece we produce is unique. Therefore, werecommend that our pieces be cared for specifically to extend their life.

All our rings are made from recycled 925 silver. The rest of our pieces are made from brassplated with 18K gold and silver with an additional coating for extra protection.
