RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Simuero, you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your package to initiate the following processes: we offer an exchange of size, or if you prefer, you can return the item to us and receive a voucher for the amount to be spent in our store.

As we offer a handmade-to-measure artisanal product, we do not accept refunds, so we recommend that purchases be made responsibly.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• When you request a size exchange, we will produce a new handmade-to-measure piece for you. The production process of the piece is artisanal, so there may be slight differences with the previous piece.
• Once we receive the piece to be exchanged, the production process will begin and take 15-20 business days (excluding shipping).
• The product must be in perfect condition and the original tags must be included.
• Customers will assume the cost of return shipping, which will depend on the country. You can check the shipping prices in our "Shipping" section.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We are artisans, so it takes between 15-20 business days to produce each piece (this excludes shipping, which will depend on the country).
• Due to the ergonomics of some of our pieces, it may not be possible to produce them in certain sizes.
• Our pieces are handmade, so they may contain imperfections and peculiarities that are part of their final design. We do not offer returns for this type of peculiarity.
• Custom or unique items are not subject to exchanges or returns.
• During the holiday season, we will extend the exchange period.
