In Simuero we are artisans and each piece we produce is unique, so we recommend taking care of the pieces in a specific way to extend the life of each one of them.

We are not responsible for the mistreatment of the pieces. We are not responsible for the manipulation of the pieces of third parties as this could alter the nature of the piece.

In Simuero we offer a re-plating service so that you can enjoy your pieces as the first day.

Returns & Delivery

Each piece is individually handcrafted in our workshop so it takes between 1-2 working days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

We cover any customs fees or charges that may occur during the processing of your international shipment.
