Returns & Delivery

Each piece is individually handcrafted in our workshop so it takes between 1-2 working days to prepare your order, delivery time depends on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and returned along with its original box, tags, and certificate. To start a return, visit our returns portal with your order number.

We cover any customs fees or charges that may occur during the processing of your international shipment.
